Question Milk and snacks?

Hello.
I just started this diet- maybe three days ago- and so far, I don't see any changes. At around 3-4 p.m., I get hungry and I'm afraid to have anything. I was wondering what kind of food is okay at that time?
Can I have, like, a crème brûlée or a few cookies?
And, oh, yeah, I really love milk. When and how often can I have milk- I mean, not skimmed milk? What about drinks like capuccino, mocaccino, or latte?
Last one- should I cut down on my lunch or dinner?
