hello everyone,

my classmate is just doing the diet because she want to detoxify or clean her system but the effect is he lost exactly 5 kls in a month without doing anything. she just substitute banana to as her meal mixed with some other fruits and wow it works.....

wow really?? i actually weigh 65kg with a height of 158cm.. n at the age of 22 i really look like a mother with one kid.. i really2 need to shed around 17kg.. i hope this diet really works. fingers crossed.

Default Just starting

Hello,
I will be officially starting on Sunday after I do my food shopping tomorrow. I am 5"6 weigh 233 got a lot to loose. I do karate 5 night a week now so I think I have the exercise down now just the food.

Well to be honest this is my 2nd day, and it's taking me some getting used to.
I've become a vegetarian about 2 months ago so it's kind of hard for me to ignore my munchies and what not lately.

Hi everyone!

Just signed up recently, but started my MBD on the 21st and am already seeing some results

I started off weighing 115.2 lbs (height of 5 foot 2 and 19 yr old female) and when I weighed myself as of the 28th, I'm down to 111.6 lbs.

Basically what I've done is now that I'm on my summer break, I wake up at around 10-11am and eat one banana with water. At around 1pm, I go to the trail and walk/run 2.2 miles. After that, I eat one triangle kimbap that's filled with bulgogi (korean meat) at around 3pm and then eat my regular dinner (which is usually Korean food rice, etc) at like 6-7pm, but I don't pig out. I don't eat anything after 8pm and the only beverage I drink now is water.

Before I started this diet, I used to eat out A LOT and eat a bunch of chips and sodas (hot cheetos, diet coke, etc.). I'm aiming to lose exactly 15 lbs.
