Question running/ jogging/ walking before breakfast loose weight?!?

Hi every one! I have a question that if any of you can help me, that would be awesome!

Does jogging in the morning for 30 minute help anything at all to loose weight? Or we have to jog after breakfast and other meals to burn the calories?

Hi!!I think that is better to have jogging after meals.

Default Before! :d

Studies shows that if you want to lose weight its best to do it before eating breakfast.
This is because you havent eaten anything in a long time becuase of sleep
and to exercise before breakfast, helps you to lose weight faster

There are many ways to shred weight but the exercise is the mostly widely used method.It is preferable for you to run/walk after the breakfast rather than before it.It helps you to burn more fats.

Hi Mimi i have been doing regular jogging from past 3 years and every morning, i take a glass of juice before jogging. But that will not be counted as a break fast.
