Default Lunch and dinner questions

I'm just new to this diet and I'm eating fresh green salad with tomato, cucumber, sometimes with carrots and boiled egg with a dressing and at least a meat(protein). For the meat I eat fried fish most of the time.

As for dinner, I eat oatmeal and meat again.

Of course I'm eating a banana before I eat each meal.

Am I doing the diet correctly?

So that means I'm doing it wrong? I've been looking some articles about this diet, they said I should eat one banana and room temperature water before I eat my lunch and dinner.

i reduse my weight till 60

I found this on one of the forum questions: bananas and room temperature water only as your first meal, then you can drink other stuff after 20 to 30 minutes.
As I understand it,only ONE banana in the morning only.

According to me, you are going great. Your diet plan is very healthy and nutritious. You should follow your diet plan to stay healthy and illness free. Try to include apple in your diet. It is very healthy.

about lunch and dinner eat fresh vagetable rice milk egg in lunch and take dinner litely. its a better diet

Hi,
As far as I know you are doing right, as long as you eat banana before lunch and dinner. However with your diet, do not expect a fast weight loss since banana diet plan is just an aid in slow constant weight loss.
