Default Down 3lbs in a week

I started the diet on Monday the 16th, and im down 3lbs! I love this diet it is so easy, but helps so much with not eating junk food all day. That was my problem eating cookies/chips till i went to bed. I feel great and have so much more energy than before!

Congratulations! I had the same thing happen to me, i never used to eat junk food, but after i started this diet i found my energy boosted and i just felt great! Good Luck!

Default hungry/giddy

Dreylim, you can eat another banana or another fruit. Some people seem to even have different light snacks (like nuts or a biscuit).

Red face todays my first day to begin hope it works

so todays july 9.2012and im starting my diet i woke up kinadalate soi ate me banana at 12.00 with some water ,and for dinner ill be eating 2 pupusas and will go for a walk before i lay doen
