Dreylim, you can eat another banana or another fruit. Some people seem to even have different light snacks (like nuts or a biscuit).

:)It's probably okay if your flavoring packets have no calories, or you work the (very few, presumably) calories that are in there off. Alternately, there are natural suggestions for flavoring water...

room temperature water is any water that has not been heated or cooled down (say for tea *heated* or put in the fridge/freezer *cooled*).

That sounds really good. I never would have thought about soy sauce and oil. I'll have to try that sometime. What other salty/savory sauces do your friends use?
