THis is my 2nd week , i dont know if it works,i feel okey but the weight is still the same

Breakfast (6:30a.M)
2 banana
3 glasses of water

mid morning snack 9a.m
coffee & toast bread

Lunch (11:30)
1/4 c rice
fish
vege

dinner (5:30)
pasta
bread

Any suggest i really need to lost weight im now 145lbs. i have scoliosis so i need to trim down upto 110 lbs.help...help...help....

Hey, I am new at this whole thing.. BUT what I would suggest is to maybe cut a bit of the carbs at dinner.. if you have pasta maybe not have the bread?
Just a suggestion.. not sure if this will help..
I am also trying to lose weight.. I am 138 and I would like to get down to 120..
I've actually been doing the soup diet for the last couple days.. and well I lost 4 lbs.. but its really hard to stay on so I am going to try this out once I am done with the soup diet..
