B: 2 persimmons and later on I had some dotorimuk, coffee w/van. soymilk.

Can't believe another year is almost gone. I hardly got to know you year, stay a little longer.:) I also don't want to be older already, my b-day is in February. I always want to reach goals before my b-day and hope this year I will have lost at least 20lbs by then.

L: rice, saladw/little dressing(Ad yet I still got the lecture about dressing), 4 mandu(fried).
D: Veg. chap chae and some rice, dried baby anchovies, kimchi
S:1 mochi

I live with the parents and I can't even have a meal without being told that I have to watch what I eat. My Mom is the one who gives me grief. I put a drop of dressing on my salad and I get lectured. Was told I don't seem to be losing any weight, though she has been telling me before that I looked like I had been losing. Guess it was all a lie.
I don't even want to eat anything any more because I don't want to hear about it.

I am no good at keeping a blog. Well, not good at keeping a daily account of my meals. Not gonna worry about that though.

How many people are feeling frustrated? I mean you start out to lose weight and it seems like you keep at it forever and for what? In a month you lose 5lbs?! I am sick of busting my ass but not having it get any smaller. Now I have seen, online, a couple of projects involving taking a daily picture. Some of them are of women who are pregnant, some are of people losing weight, and another is of a guy who decides to lose fat and build up muscle. I was thinking that maybe I will do the same. My Mom says she can see a difference from when I moved here last month, but I can't. Maybe I'd see it too if I had taken a picture a day. Either way it would be easier to see the changes myself.

I have got to exercise, am going to Flushing,NY tomorrow and it will be another day of no exercise so I better do some today.

B: scrambled egg, sausage, toast, rice

L/D: Horseradish and garlic crusted prime rib w/wild mushrooms, sweet potato mashed with reg potato and peas, baby bok choi, green beans.
Cabernet Franc
Apple Crisp w/scoop FF van. ice cream.

I kept my portions small and am full. Happy to say I made my first prime rib and it was wonderful! Today I didn't exercise, I will have to tomorrow though.

B(7AM): 1 banana

9AM: I had 1 egg and some cheese grits, coffee w/ van. soymilk.

11-11:30AM: Rowing

1PM: handful of dried cherries

1:30PM: Nutrisystem chicken & barley, multigrain sandwich thin bread toasted w/butter.
I say better to use a little of the real stuff than a lot of chemicals.

5PM: 3 chicken strips(or however you call it when you get the chicken cut up like that)that I coated in seasoning and baked, rice, kimchi, seaweed(nori).

8PM: small scoop van ff ice cream
