    Hi Sweetsonia. As for the Morning Banana diet, it encourages eating a banana in the morning for breakfast along with lukewarm water. Also drinking water throughout the day is a must. I haven't heard of eating 6 bananas in a day. The secret behind the Morning Banana diet that along with the fiber, it has low cals compared to a high cal breakfast that people usually have. It's really great for your digestion and a great way to start your day. The Morning Banana diet is really straightforward and cheap, which is why I like it.     hellow banana gurl how r ya dear ?can u tell me whats the rules of banana diet??i know alot of thing to lose wieght but i wanna do banana diet..about banana diet i know that we can take 6bananas in a day,2in morning,2in lunch,2in dinner with skim milk..wats ur??

    it's perfectly fine but sometimes people usually eat an hour after working out. They would eat a banana an hour after working out because it's one of the few foods that are easy on your stomach. Peace

    hey lilo ,

    had a doubt .

    i get up at 5.30am and i am usually not hungry at tht time i tried having banana at 5.30 am but started feeling hungry when i came back frm gym at around 8.30am is it fine if i have bananas
    at 8.30 am even thoug if i get up ay 5.30 am

Hi guys, this is "Bananagurl". I just heard about this diet where if you eat a banana for breakfast (among other things) then it speeds up the weight loss. I hope that this blog keeps me on track while I go ahead with the Banana diet. Bon Voyage! I was
looking for a diet that is inexpensive because the current diet I am on costs a small fortune and its not working for me like I want it to. This Banana Diet sounds really interesting and easy cause you get a bunch of bananas which costs about 2 bucks (200yen) here in Japan, eat before 8pm....drink lukewarm water, and lay off the sweets. Also you dont have to exercise that much but personally I dont mind working up a sweat. It would be great if other people could join me on this diet! Peace!

I too am gonna try this I am so excited :)

Why do we have to drink lukewarm water....I don't like....I like it cold

Well i will let you know, I will probably start this on Monday I have to go shop for bananas...
