7:00 ( no jogging today)
- 1 banana
1 cup of yoghurt

11:00
- 2 slice of bread + half a cheese slice + pickle + peanut butter

2:00
- 1 1/2 cup of milk + 1 biscuit + corn flake
- 1 tub of yoghurt:mad:

6:00
- noodle fried + 1 banana

10:30
- Bed time:eek:

- Weight: 54kg ( phew still the same)
- 1/3 banana
- Jogging 30 min

7:00
-1/2 banana

11:30
- 1 slice of bread + peanut butter

4:30
- 1 cup of milk + 1 biscuit
- 1 slice of bread with peanut butter:mad:
- 1/2 cup of milk + corn flake:mad:

Water till bed time
Thank you for my sis from stopping me go crazy after 4:30's krazy meal :'(

- Weight: 54 kg (just only 1 week and i loose 1 kg) hehe so happy if it really keep going like this 3 more week i'll loose 3 more kg
- 2/3 banana
- Jogging 30 min

7:30
- 1 cup of milk + 1 banana

12:00
-1 steam bun with BBQ pork
-1 slice of whole meal bread with curry

1:30
-1 banana

5:30
- half a bowl of rice + 2 piece of chicken
- half a cup of milk + 1 piece of butter biscuit:mad:

10:00
- bed time

Some how i feel like that i gained weight!! :mad: really tired!! Anyway!! Here is what i ate!

-1/2 banana
-jogging 30 min
-corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup) + 1 more banana

12:00
-curry + 2 slices of bread

4:30
- corn flake + light milk ( 1 cup)
-1 banana
- 1 pickle

9:30
- 1/3 banana

10:30
- bed time

Overall: :mad: not happy
