Hi everyone! I realize its going to be easier to update while im at school. when im at home i tend to forget to update haha..well anyways today for breakfast i had prune juice then for lunch i had a small enchilada with broccoli and a salad. For the snack i had poptarts, and for dinner i had sweet and sour tofu a chimichanga broccoli. After dinner I had prune juice. Im not sure if i said this in the last one but i hope to weight 120 by this weekend. I hope i do. after this weekend. Im going to do the "3 day diet" and then continue with the banana diet again during the week. alright well i'll update again tomorrow..later!

i know i havent posted anything in a really long time. But i've lost a couple more pounds im about 124 or 123 pounds now im almost to my first goal!! I havent been able to eat bananas this weekend but I bought prune juice to do the prune juice for dinner diet that posted in the other diets thread. tomorrow im going to try to be more extreme, i know saying that is bad and that i should try to lose the weight in a more healthy way but I really want to get to my ultimate goal of 100 pounds. tomorrow for breakfast im going to eat a banana and maybe a bagel or a sweet bread. and for lunch im going to try to have salad and soup. Im going to try to limit the bread i eat tomorrow and eat mainly vegetables this week. well wish me luck on my reaching my first goal this week. hoepfully i'll weight less than 120 when i weigh myself this weekend. ok well i'll update more tomorrow..or today...i should stop going to sleep so late haha oh well the life of a college student XP ahha night everyone!

Hi everyone so this is my seventh day and Im back on track. For breakfast I had a banana and a piece of seaweed, then for lunch I had chicken stir-fry w/ veggies and panini with cheese and pepperoni.For a snack a had 10 sour gummies then for dinner I had baked ziti w/o meat, broccoli and salad. Throughout the day I have been drinking oolong tea which works to help excrete fat. Im going to try and go more serious on this diet and limit my grains to once a day at most. Im going to try and drink more tea in between meals to distract myself from eating the candy my roomate got me for my birthday. hahah well Im glad im back on track--wish me luck the rest of the week guys!! I'll probably update again tomorrow though lol XD well later!!

Hi again I just wanted to say that this weekend I completey messed up on saturday and today. today I started off fine but my roomate got me chocolate for my birthday >.< a whole toberlone candy.soo bad!! haha but i did drink alot of water today more than i normally drink. this week i promise to do better!! I will also be doing aikido warmups if not everyday then probably on the weekends definitely. Because I walk alot during school days going to classes and what not. well although I dissapointed myself Im nto going to give up Im going to keep working for it.

Hi again everyone so today i missed breakfast taking a midterm >.< but i had a banana with my lunch (mexican lasanga, steamed broccoli, salad, whole fruit smoothie) then for a snack a had a pom drink, and for dinner i had udon, green tea and a cookie. I know i had dessert normally i wouldnt but hey i had a sweet tooth XD . So I'm finally done with my midterms!! im so excited!! and tomorrow's my birthday well in about 4 minutes =]. I cant wait because tomorrow im going to disneyland!! well alright i'd better get some sleep im leaving out early. I'll post again tomorrow =]
