Hey there! Well the hurricane did cause some damage (power outages and fallen trees) but everyone around me is okay. (Although I live in an area where we NEVER get any hurricanes or tornados so it was eye-opening.) And I basically got my Internet today!

As for the diet, I texted myself my meals and so far I've noticed I've been eating 1 banana in the morning, a veggie wrap for lunch (200 cals), fruit like strawberries and kiwi around 3pm, and mostly Indian dishes for dinner. I'd guess my dinners are around 300-400 but it gets a bit difficult to track homemade ethnic foods since recipes do vary.

Excercise has been mostly intervals (sprint for 20 seconds rest for 20 seconds,etc.), jogging, Hindu squats, crunches, and practising Indian classical dance. (I'm not sure how much each activity burns though.)

Today I ate 1 banana and drank 2 glasses of water. I'll probably post later what I ate today (since it's still morning.)

So I'm not sure about people outside the US but where I live, Hurricane Irene is about to come/destroy us all. And so many residents have been preparing/evacuating their homes. Luckily, I didn't have to evacate and I'm safe....so far. If I can manage to get through this whole hurricane thing and STILL eat healthily, I am going to be one happy camper. (^_^) You see, we can't exactly COOK so I have to resort to the following "healthy" choices: fiber bars, cereal, a sandwhich of some sort, or make some thing with a tortilla.

UPDATE:
So I couldn't eat until 6pm. (I ate breakfast at 9am.) When I did, I basically made a wrap with a mixture of low cal cream cheese, garlic, onions, turmeric, cumin seed powder, and garlic powder and spread it in a tortilla. And I drank 6 more glasses of water. I did a few magazine excercises. Hurricane Irene is coming up here tonight so I may not update for a while. (18 hour hurricanes, flodding, 100 mph wind, and 10 in rain tends to cause some ruckus.)

Well I just started the Morning Banana Diet today! So far I've eaten 1 banana, drank 2 glasses of water, and took my daily multivitamin. I'm going to wait about 2-3 hours before I excercise. See, I want to find out whether I feel better waiting a few hours before excercising or just eating the banana right before. So today I'm waiting, tomorrow I'm not.

UPDATE:
So I didn't exactly eat the best meals, today. (-_-) (Macaroni for lunch and brownies for a snack obviously aren't great choices.) I had a small bowl of a vegetarian version of an Indian dish called keema which is normally minced meat. (But it has soy granules instead.) I'm content (not stuffed but satiated) and didn't exactly eat that many calories (1,060.) I went on the elleptical for about 1 hour.

Hello there! I am going to start the Morning Banana Diet tomorrow (I have to go to bed right now.) Since I kinda don't want to do this alone, I'm looking for a diet buddy!

Hello there! I am new to this diet and would like to start it, of course with a diet buddy. I don't really care who you are, (although it would be nice if you were a teen like myself.) I'm 5'2 or 157.5cm and 130lbs or about 59kg. I would like to be at 95lbs or 43kg. I will exercise during the diet but my diet buddy doesn't have to.

I should probably elaborate. I don't eat eggs, meat, or fish (for reasons that aren't related to weight loss.) I take a multivitamin to get my Omega 3 fatty acids. Fish is a good source for this but since I can't eat that I take the multivitamin.

Today I waited about half an hour before I exercised, I just can't exercise immediately after eating, I feel a little bit sick. Oh and you take multivitamins?

I'm a teen. I'm 121 (55 kg) pounds and I would like also like to weigh about 95 pounds. I'm taller than you though, 5"3 or 5"4, I'm not exactly sure. I'll exersice too, mostly jogging. So yeah, if you're still looking for a bud, you found one :)
