Usually when I get home from my part time at around midnight, I gotta eat as I am too starving but not this time. So far, it looks like it's good or maybe it is because of the mind set and being determine. [/FONT]
[FONT=Calibri]- Tonight is a new year's eve, let's see if I can opt out to eat. Hmm, I can move my celebration for 1/1/09 at lunch time instead of tonight. I'm not thinking of cheating anyway. :P Maybe I will just drink water while watching my husband eating, how's that? :P[/FONT]

[FONT=Calibri]- I am keeping my new year's goal to lose 20 lbs in 3 months and have my body tone and firm by doing aero weight lifting and/or cycling. Planning to have 6x / week workouts.[/FONT]
