I had a banana for breakfast with room temperature water... I hate the water part...

I didn't go jogging so I danced instead for about an hour

Then I had green tea followed by a pot of 0% fat yoghurt for snack time

I had two slices of wholemeal toast with low fat magarine + a few spoonfulls of rice for lunch. followed by another mug of green tea.

So far so good...

This is what I plan to have for dinner tonight at half 6:

-Grilled salmon with a little salt and pepper (a little salt!)
-Green beans and sweet corn
-rice..
all will be served in small bowls.

Verdict- So far, I'm enjoying being healthy, the banana really kept me going for a long time, I'm loving the MB diet.

I'll be posting my weight loss here every sunday. wish me luck.

OK, so tomorrow I'm starting the banana diet *Yay for bananas!* And I was wondering what I would eat for the rest of the day, and then I thought.. "why not make your meals based on typical japanese meals?" I mean, they do have the lowest rate of obesity right? (3.2%)

-Meals will be based on fish, veggies and yes, rice :D
-I'll drink 3 mugs of green tea (without sugar!) bye-bye fizzy drinks!
-I'll eat small portions from small bowls just like the japanese
-I'll eat with chopsticks meaning I'll eat slower because I'll focus on my food more instead of heaped forks!!
-I'll lay of domino's and KFC... hehe =]

I don't really eat chocolate or crisps because I don't like them :/ so thats not much of a problem

Exercise-wise, I'll try (*try!) and go jogging every morning, and I'll join the netball and hockey clubs when school starts.

Thats pretty much it :)

I'll update as often as possible

Well, I'm not exactly going to eat actual japanese food, though if I could I would, problem is, there are no japanese shops where I live :/ So as you said, I'll just stick to eating fish, vegitables and rice, its not the most exciting meal ever, but I'm determined to make this diet work ;)

Hmm that's actually a really good idea...where you going to eat actual Japanese dishes or ust incorporate those food groups?
