    hey lilo ,

    had a doubt .

    i get up at 5.30am and i am usually not hungry at tht time i tried having banana at 5.30 am but started feeling hungry when i came back frm gym at around 8.30am is it fine if i have bananas
    at 8.30 am even thoug if i get up ay 5.30 am

Starting over AGAIN. For the third time. This time I just got too lazy and decided to eat like mad and not exercise. Third time’s a charm they say. For the first time I actually had dessert.

Welcome! I found out about it in the Woman's World Magazine and have had good results so far. Look forward to your updates. I have about 75 lbs to lose. Good Luck!

Yeah actually! I didn't make it the "right" way, we just used what we had around the kitchen. Still pretty good though.
