Absolutely! hit the reset button and try again. We all 'fall off the wagon' at times or several times. Hang in there! Remember how good you're going to feel once the weight starts coming off - more energy, etc. You have been recooperating from being sick as well. So take it easy on your self - get plenty of rest and try again.

Paul - don't look at it as a failure. One of the things you need to do is not look at this as a diet. I mean, it is, but the purpose is to make us think about what we are putting in our mouths before we do it. I was on another program and I had a journal. I became very disciplined and made the time to exercise every day. But then my life changed and I got complacent. So here I am, again, like a hamster on a wheel. But that is okay - because it is making me think again, to plan my meals, not just let them happen.

Sorry - I didn't mean to write a book - but don't be so hard on yourself. We all have the ability to start over - it's a new day. Learn from yesterday - and just go one meal at a time.

Sure you can! Just do it one day at a time...or one meal at a time.
