In July 2009, I weighed at a peak of 138.6 pounds and ever since I have been trying to lose the weight. I tried excersising and eating healthy but soon that went down hill for me. So i decided to follow the apple diet and that left me in a temperory depression phase which was practically destroying me slowly...then came the starving and the vomiting...<br />
<br />
In October I have changed my lifestyle and began to follow the &quot;6x200calorie&quot; diet and it worked for me, i must say it is not the most practical diet for someone who has obligations to eat with others but since I go to school it was somewhat easy for me to follow. I managed to go down to 121 pound.<br />
<br />
However, I have begun to binge eat again; I follow the diet accordingly until about 7 pm and then I would instantly start snacking here and there...since i work at home on the computer until around 2pm everyday I end up feeling tired, sick and guilty every night.<br />
<br />
I know that the &quot;6x200calorie diet&quot; works well for me but I have to teach myself both discipline and flexibility. I hope to do that through the morning banana diet.<br />
<br />
p.s I also followed extreme calorie shifting for a while; it is not long lasting so I would not reccommend it(I'm only talking about hte extreme version, I have not tried long-term calorie shifting)<br />
<br />
If any one is wondering, I am not bulimic. It was only a short term phase.<br />
<br />
please comment, why did you follow the morning banana diet? Is it your last resort or have you tried others?<br />

Eating my banana reminds me that I'm trying to eat healthy and then the rest of the day I do great. My only problem is that I get really hungry at night, but that's probably just because my stomach expects to be fed then. I haven't weighed myself yet because my scale needs new batteries, but I do feel healthier already.</div>

Oh no... since the last weigh in day.. I've yet to lose any more pounds but instead i gained one...<br />
well who could i blame but myself.. I've been splurging for a few days... couldn't keep my hands off the sweets and well i went to sleep pretty late every night..<br />
I'll start all anew this week, I think a better way for me to stay on schedule is to plan out my menu for the whole week, then I'll something to look forward to, eat at appropriate times and won't splurge... *sighs* wish me luck!</div>

i totally splurged yesterday at sizzler's,walked the whole day and was in class the whole day.  got so tried so i just went out of control.. i'll try to get back on track today .. *sighs*</div>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Just had two bananas and two cups of coffee. It's 9:30 AM and I still feel hungry :(. For lunch I'm having a salad with cottage cheese and strawberries.  at 3pm I'm definitely having a snack. Drinking lots of water and coffee helps with cravings.<br />
<br />
**idea for diet people** Do you have an hour long lunch break like me?  if you do, try to see if there's a gym near by.  Luckily for me I have one that's 5 mins away, so I try to go to the gym at around 12pm, run for 30 mins, do 15 mins of weights and then head back to the office.  It's really hard to stay motivated :( but after I work out I feel soooooo good!</div>

<div align="center">I am from Colombia so my language is spanish :p but still I can manage some english. I have always liked Japan so I decide to try this diet. <br />

My current weight is 59 kg and my height is 1.61 cm. My goal weight is 55 kg Iam not overweight but I dont feel confortable with my body or my weight ( If I gain just 2 kg I will be overweight TT.TT). Thats why I think I have to do something. I do excersise but lately because of all the work I have I can't find the time to do it :(<br />

Anyway Iam going to do my best with this diet!! Anybody can be anything they want to be if they work hard enough for it. So there’s no point in feeling sorry for someone, because if you want it bad enough, you can get it. You can make yourself into whatever you want to be.<br />
