DAY 9!! Relief

6:00
- Weight: 54kg ( phew still the same)
- 1/3 banana
- Jogging 30 min

7:00
-1/2 banana

11:30
- 1 slice of bread + peanut butter

4:30
- 1 cup of milk + 1 biscuit
- 1 slice of bread with peanut butter:mad:
- 1/2 cup of milk + corn flake:mad:

Water till bed time
Thank you for my sis from stopping me go crazy after 4:30's krazy meal :'(
