[B]Bedtime:[/B] 1:00 a.m.
[B]Bowel Movements:[/B] 2
[B]Exercise:[/B] Cleaning the house, walking around the store

[B]Breakfast[/B] (5:45 a.m.)

1 banana
12 ounces water

[B]Lunch[/B] (11:30 a.m.)

1 piece of pepperoni and sausage pizza

[B]Snack[/B] (2:15 p.m.)

½ cup all natural strawberry ice cream (Literally the serving size on the nutrition info)

[B]Dinner[/B] (6:00 p.m.)

1 fruit sandwich
1 piece of pizza
½ potato sandwich

[B]Evening Snack[/B] (00:00 p.m.)


[B]Thoughts and feelings[/B]

My weight went down! Feels good! I also feel more energetic during the day since I eat light (chewing 30 times until I am satisfied, not full) and drink 8-10 mugs (16 oz) of green tea every day. I am realizing I do not need to engorge to not be hungry.
Rewarded myself with a hot bath with Japanese onsen (hot spring) bath salts.
