breakfast 2 bananas and cup of water

snack- oatmeal

lunch -- lean cuisine

snack-- curves bar

dinner-- small tater tots with cheese/chili

I did better tonight on not eating junk food.Still haven't seen any movement on the scale yet. But I'll keep trying. :)

dinner-- chicken wrap

I also had a cup of ice cream before 8 pm . went to bed at 9:30. I seem to have a problem not eating something sweet after supper. I going to go to store and find something sweet but it will be low cal. Not going to buy anymore ice cream. Have a problem saying no to it. Hope everyone does great on this diet. :o

Breakfast -- 2 bananas with 1 cup warm water

lunch -- jr Cheeseburger and some fries

dinner-- Chicken roll up

I did run again 4miles I'm hoping the extra running helps with the fact I had a cheeseburger today. Plan to do a lot better today;)

Breakfast - 6am 2 banana's 1 cup warm water

snack 9am -- instant oatmeal

lunch 11:30-- salad

snack 2:50 pm- sm ice cream

supper 6pm- pork chop- with corn and greens:o

I got pretty hungry about 8:30 and I did have some cereal. I hope I do better tommorrow.

I did start exercising today I ran 2 1/2 miles on the treadmill.


I'm going to try and stick with this for awhile
I'd like to lose at least 15 pounds. Right now I weight 143.5. :o
