There is nothing to lose but weight...

Today is day one; I'm feeling encouraged. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and other medical issues as well as beung a Chronic Pain sufferer, exercise isn't always possible. I drank my water, waited 20 minutes and ate my banana...I'm so full right now!!

I have a lot of back issues which, for the time being, keep me from walking and cycling. Once I get those issues addressed, I will happily start walking agsin.

A couple of summers ago, I started walking and got down to a reasonable weight but then my health issues took over and walking distances were no longer possible! :(
