Ummm... it's midnight here, so I should go to bed soon. But I'm putting this forum in my top favorites by my email so I'll be forced to visit it. Muahaha... I have to trick myself. Wish me luck!

Kind of did a week anyway!

I saw a tv program about different diets in Japan and the results of the banana breakfast were what I thought I needed. So I started the next day. That was Saturday September 20th. I lost 1.4kgs in the first week. (That was yesterday) However, when I started looking on the internet and found this community I realized that I had not had it completely right. I was just taking water with my breakfast but continuing through the day with my coffees, and cokes. As well as an ice cream for dessert every night!!!:(

So maybe I was lucky that I lost so much in the first week. Anyway, yesterday, Saturday September 27th, I did a proper day of the diet and had only water all day, and instead of ice cream for dessert, I ate it at 3pm.:D Maybe I will lay off a little on the ice cream...

So we will see how things go for the next week.

The Beginning

Today is Friday the 8th of August. I'm trying this banana diet because counting my calories and exercising isn't taking off the weight like I had hoped. Not sure about this banana thing but am willing to give it a try since no one is trying to dig money out of my pocket or make me eat nasty tasteless food for weeks on end. I think I can handle a few bananas. It's hard to find good bananas on the island, I don't like the taste of the apple bananas and they aren't very big. I'll stick to the regular bananas. I have to check tonight to see if the store has any good bananas. I'll be starting tomorrow morning. The web page said to give it two weeks, so I will , along with exercise and see what happens. I'll be back to post my results. Not every diet works for every body but since this one is so simple I hope it works for my body! Starting weight: 175

Are Bananas the new hope?

Hi guys, this is "Bananagurl". I just heard about this diet where if you eat a banana for breakfast (among other things) then it speeds up the weight loss. I hope that this blog keeps me on track while I go ahead with the Banana diet. Bon Voyage! I was
looking for a diet that is inexpensive because the current diet I am on costs a small fortune and its not working for me like I want it to. This Banana Diet sounds really interesting and easy cause you get a bunch of bananas which costs about 2 bucks (200yen) here in Japan, eat before 8pm....drink lukewarm water, and lay off the sweets. Also you dont have to exercise that much but personally I dont mind working up a sweat. It would be great if other people could join me on this diet! Peace!
