I ate too much for dinner last night and woke up fat! I'm sure its more water weight from eating salty food than anything else but im started a regular diet combimed with the banana diet as of today.[LIST=1][*]banana[*]half pbj[*]chicken stir fry with noodles[*]1.5 oatmeal rasin cookies[*]lots of water dinner by 530[/LIST]lots of cleaning and chritmas decorating for exercise plus some weights hopefully the scale wont hate me tommorow
