breakfast 2 bananas and cup of water

snack- oatmeal

lunch -- lean cuisine

snack-- curves bar

dinner-- small tater tots with cheese/chili


I did better tonight on not eating junk food.Still haven't seen any movement on the scale yet. But I'll keep trying. :)
