okay I start again *fails* :(

Breakfast:
1 banana and water

lunch:
lettuce, 3 salmon maki, 1/2 cup boiled green beans, 1 kiwi, 1 fat free mango yoghurt.

(and plan to: )

snack:
1 apple and 1/2 cup cereals

dinner:
1 chicken breast sandwich and 1 fat free mango yoghurt.

bed time 10:00 , If I can sleep :(
