[FONT=Verdana]- 2 slices of pumpernickel, 1 slice of cheese, 1 slice of ham[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]- 1 orange[/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]- 1 cup of soymilk[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]- 1 apple[/FONT]

[FONT=Verdana]- 1 bowl of udon [/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]- Ground pork with dried and pickled vegetable[/FONT]
[FONT=Verdana]- Cooked cucumbers[/FONT][/CENTER]
