Last few Days

What day is this? I forget but I have to say I have been pretty good about sticking to plan. That is until today, I ate a little too much at dinner(feeling really full). And I messed up at breakfast. But it is all okay, overall I am doing well. One day isn't going to blow it all out of the water as long as I learn and move on, right? Will weigh myself on Monday and see if I lost anything. Maybe not because I have my horrendous period.

B: 1/2 Banana(was a bit under ripe) and then some potato wedges
L: 2 chili dogs and a medium soy latte
D: Chicken teriyaki, rice, and spinach
