I am still enjoying eating this way and getting good results.
So far have lost 7 lbs the first week. I'm going to start walking on my treadmill this week to add to it. My food plan for today is B- 2 bananas 1 12 oz bottle water L - Turkey sandwich with lettuce tomato, 1 tsp Lite Mayo - 1 oz Baked chips - 1 apple S - 1 cup lite yogurt mixed with 1/3 cup cereal (rice crispies) D - 3 ozs chicken - 2 1/2 c salad with 2 Tbs Lite dressing - 1/4 c fat free shredded cheese Drinks - Water, 2 cups coffee, 3 diet cokes bedtime - 10:00 pm (hopefully) |
