:cool: today was cool i didnt ate pretty healthy my only fault was haveing 190 calories worth of chocolate around 830 :([LIST=1][*]banana with peanut butter[*]water[*]green grape selzer water[*]small diet soda[*]brooklen slice of pizza[*]4 andes chocolates[*]small greek salad 1 romaine leaf 1 cube of feta cheese[*]ham and beans and 1 potato kin[*]4 andes chocolates[/LIST][LIST][*]my weight is up due to the last week today im 119.2 and im hoping for better tommrow because i ate realtivley well today[*]i also did some cardio and 10 minutes buns[/LIST]

I ate too much for dinner last night and woke up fat! I'm sure its more water weight from eating salty food than anything else but im started a regular diet combimed with the banana diet as of today.[LIST=1][*]banana[*]half pbj[*]chicken stir fry with noodles[*]1.5 oatmeal rasin cookies[*]lots of water dinner by 530[/LIST]lots of cleaning and chritmas decorating for exercise plus some weights hopefully the scale wont hate me tommorow

Alright so far today so good.:cool:[LIST=1][*]banana[*]cranberry jucie[*]peanut butter[*]salad with cheese[*]2 peppermints[*]soy chips[*]oatmeal rasin cookies (5) :([*]baked zita and garlic bread[*]some lowfat frozen yogut[/LIST][LIST][*]Finished eating by 6:00[*]Planning to go to bed early[*]and i did 25 minutes on the eliptical (240 cals)[*]which makes the frozen yogurt go away[/LIST]my goal for tommrow is to have similar foods and avoid OD of cookies in the afternoon my new limit is 3 since apparently i need one hehe

:eek:AHHH!!! i have not been staying on track..ive been eating unhealthily but i have been workiing out so maybe it balancess itselt out maybe not but finals are not good for dieting thank god i only have 3 more...:mad::confused:
today i weighed 118.2 i just bought a new bunch of bananas and my goal by friday is 116.8 it is realistic because this weight is the type that you gain in like 2 days from eating too much

ill post back tommorow hopefuly with a lower weight

118.8 ...im down from where i starteed but i still need to do a better job i have not been sticking to the banana diet too stirctly

i gained .4 ....and i ate a lot today so i dont think tommorows gonna be much better :(

my problem is when im doing good then i can feel like i can eat a ton and then i just gain it back i gain and loose like 5 pounds every week

117.8 !! wow this is working amazing I dont know if its because im being healther or the diet beacuse i only had bananas for breakfast a couple of the days[LIST=1][*]protien shake[*]cheese and cracker (5)[*]chips ahoy with lite cool whip[*]rasberry sherbet[*]and dinner? dont know what that is yet bul ill be good[/LIST]

117.2 The pounds are faling off me and I'm only half following the diet...I guss Ill have to change this but since I'm giving blood this morning I need to eat a hearty breakfast.

[LIST=1][*]banana w/ peanut butter[*]2 slices of teaxs toast[*]frozen smores (low fat)[*]minestone soup[*]lowfat cookie cake[*]4 pepermints[/LIST][LIST][*]i had dinner around 4[*]im plannig on having a clementine around 6[*]didnt work out much cardio today its rainy :([*]indoor ab and arms workout[/LIST]
