sigh

well.. Although most days I can stay eating bananas, on the weekends, and when I go away, I can't. So I don't think this is working for me.. And I weighed myself finally at my mother's house, and I did not lose ANY weight. I have really been trying with exercise and eating less. I'll have to try something else.. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE ELSE!! but this isn't right for me.

breakfast- 2 bananas

lunch- 2 slices whole wheat, turkey, veggie cheese, low fat mayo
Fat Free chips with hummus dip

Dinner- Whole wheat pasta with spinach, parm cheese, capers and olive oil. Baked potato with organic oil spread.

snack- apple with peanut butter* just a little.

exercise- cardio and I did like over an hour of housework that was hard.

Day 9

well.. I did fabulous all day yesterday.. until after I ate dinner.. My husband came home with a pizza, and I had this RAVENOUS hunger come upon me and I ate 2 slices. Then an hour later I ate 2 more.. Well this is what I ate anyway..

breakfast- 2 bananas

lunch- healthy chips and hummus dip

dinner- small chicken breast with steamed veggies, 3 bites of organic leftover baked beans.

Exercise- jog around neighborhood with puppy. I jogged harder than usual cause it was FREEZING!

then about 2 hours later my hubby came home with the pizza. well the dinner I ate was very small. and I guess I was EXTREMELY hungry for some reason! I am so guilty!!!! BUT IT WAS SOOO GOOD!!
I'm going to chalk it up to the fact that I've been restricting calories for over a week and not giving myself enough treats. so, I had my slip up, but I'm going to move on.

Day 8

Well during the weekend I couldn't eat bananas in the morning, but I did stick to the rest of the plan. So I ate healthfully and ate small portions.
Even though I can't weigh myself, I feel that I've lost a lb or 2. We'll see tho. I know I've been eating way less, and exercising alot more. So that's great!

Day 8

Breakfast- 1 banana

Lunch- Peanut butter sandwhich on whole wheat. 1 apple

Snack- 4 1/2 wheat thins, LOL

Dinner- Homemade burger with jalapeno veggie cheese(non dairy) no bun, rosemary potato wedges and organic baked beans.

I couldn't exercise yesterday because I pulled a muscle. Better today!

Day 5

Breakfast- 2 bananas

Lunch- Can of Tuna with lowfat mayo and whole wheat crackers

Snack- banana

Dinner- Romaine lettuce with black beans, and a peanut butter sammy.

Exercise- Squats and lunges, pushups and crunches. I need to do these more often!! My legs are killing me.. Better work those muscles

Feelings- Ate alot better today!! This weekend I can't eat bananas for breakfast, only 2 days, but will stick to the rest of it anyway. I don't have a scale, so I have no idea if I lost weight or anything. Not sure what I started out weighing either. Will weigh myself at my mum's next weekend. Husband broke my scale, he tripped on it XD

Breakfast- 2 bananas

Lunch- Turkey Sammy with whole wheat, low fat mayo, lettuce, pickles and veggie cheese.

Snack- Peanut butter on a slice of whole wheat bread

Dinner- Chicken soup and crackers

Snack- Apple with peanut butter

Feelings-I didn't exercise today again.. ugh.. I usually do everyday.. But I got some bad news so I was in no mood. but otherwise..I felt like I ate a little too much.. I think I'm going to cut back on my snacking.

Breakfast- 2 bananas and water

Lunch- Peanut Butter Sammy, with whole wheat bread.

Snack- Pumpkin seeds and 1 diet soda.

Dinner- Steamed mixed veggies, small chicken breast, a couple of bites of leftovers.

Snack- Small bowl of organic flax flakes and banana. Made with soy milk.

exercise- Jog around with my doggy.

Feelings- I feel good.. i guess I didn't need a bowl of cereal. I should have just ate the banana and that's it. I caved and had a diet soda too.. that's ok, it tasted crappy so I'll do without today :)

2nd day

Breakfast- 2 bananas and water

Snack- 2 grapes.. Obviously I wasn't hungry XD

Lunch-Leftovers from dinner the night before;
My special diet shepard's pie

Snack-Homemade roasted pumpkin seeds

Dinner-Turkey sammy on whole wheat with lettuce and pickles, 2% cheese 1 slice.
1/2 sausage and steamed carrots.

snack-apple or grapes have not decided :D

I must say I did not exercise today because I had a bad headache, and then when it went away it was dark out.. So tomorrow I'll have to exercise a bit more.

Feelings today: I did not eat till full and I only ate till satisfied. The seeds helped keep me satisfied till dinner and they are healthy!
I drank alot of water throughout the day as well.

Banana fun!

I don't know why I decided to start this diet.. But bananas are relatively cheap and I practically eat this way anyway.. I'm going to have my own version of this diet as well.
Along with bananas in the morning, I will add an hour of exercise everyday, or at least 5 days a week for 1 month. I am going to start tomorrow on this. I am not going to eat more then a small plateful of food at every meal, and my snacks will have no sugar or refined carbs.
I will not eat after 9pm at all.
and if I get sick of bananas, I will make a smoothie out of bananas and berries for the morning.
I'm going to try and ditch diet soda as well... TRY is the keyword XD
