New and Motivated

Well Hi Iam Sandra and I just started today (^0^)

[CENTER]I am from Colombia so my language is spanish :p but still I can manage some english. I have always liked Japan so I decide to try this diet.

My current weight is 59 kg and my height is 1.61 cm. My goal weight is 55 kg Iam not overweight but I dont feel confortable with my body or my weight ( If I gain just 2 kg I will be overweight TT.TT). Thats why I think I have to do something. I do excersise but lately because of all the work I have I can't find the time to do it :(

Anyway Iam going to do my best with this diet!! Anybody can be anything they want to be if they work hard enough for it. So there’s no point in feeling sorry for someone, because if you want it bad enough, you can get it. You can make yourself into whatever you want to be.

In fact this is my first time writing a Blog, so I hope thats was ok (n.n)U[/CENTER]

End of day one

Not great today, I did not eat enough at lunch (just a sweet potato and 2 little crakers) so I have been starving most of the day. Had dinner (fish with parsley sauce, brussel sprouts and some parsnips) and I am still hungry. Have to find out about the snacks.... I am having another coffee, the fifth of the day and still do not know if this is allowed :(

First day of Banana Diet!
Had a banana and water in the morning, and two coffees at 10.30 and 11.25. Not sure what I will eat today, any low fat meal...

I never knew that the chemistry of bananas cause us to pee! Part of our weight loss is due to shedding water weight AND running to the pot to illiminate!

we ran out of bananas..o.o gunna try mangos lol

Morning: no breakfast..wake up at 2PM >_<
Lunch: rice n stuff...water, tea
During the day: tons of tea
Snack at like 3/4PM: mango
Dinner: eat till i'm full and drink tons of water
After dinner: tons of tea
:) it's kinda derived...from the original diet plan T~T but it's working...o.o slower...but working lol
starting wieght: 123lb
current weight: 120lbs

Goal: 100 lbs! Must get to it b4 prom :p

Well, It's the holiday season!:p

Which means food,food,food!
would I be ecstatic or what??hahaha

I gained 1 kilo in just a week...after trying so hard to lose it for a mont:(

current weight: 55 kgs
goal weight in Jan 4: 53 kgs
goal weight in Jan 30 50 kgs.

Today is the start of my third week and after three days of absolute train wrecking the diet I can safely say I'm back on track. I didn't lose anything but gained 0.5kgs. Which really threw me off and made me hyperventilate. I'm over it now. [/RIGHT]
