i weigh 132lbs, 5'4" in height.
i want/need to lose 12lbs by october.
Mmmm.
this morning, i ate a cup (i think) of rice, 3 slices of spam (30% less sodium allegedly), a piece of yema (sweets the size of a cube) and water. and half a banana after the meal.
I plan to eat a banana before lunch. and lunch will comprise of whole wheat bread and the spam slices, and mayo. and water.
for dinner, apples and oranges. hopefully there will still be spam slices tonight.
no exercise for today as i am staying at home.
i really really hope this works.
