[B]Exercise:[/B] None

[B]Breakfast[/B] (8:15 a.m.)

1 banana
12 ounces water

[B]Lunch[/B] (11:30 a.m.)

1 cup of rice with hot pepper paste
2 cups of miso soup

[B]Snack[/B] (2:50 p.m.)

1 cup raspberries

[B]Dinner[/B] (7:45 p.m.)

2 pieces of seaweed/rice roll ( I hate seaweed… I ended up throwing up then just not eating.)
