[INDENT][INDENT][FONT="Georgia"][SIZE="6"][I]thoughts;[/I][/SIZE][/FONT][/INDENT][/INDENT]It's been five days, six counting today, since the start of my banana diet and in the five days I've lost about 4kgs (8.8lbs). Hard work pays off in the end. My menu's don't change much. Last couple of day's the lunch has been a really healthy sandwich and dinner has been one boiled egg. Onigiri is really a fresh change. Alomost totally cut rice out of my diets and as an Asian that's weird. Anyway, looking forward to losing more weight :D
