I've read about this diet, and thought it looked pretty easy to follow...but never gave much thought to it as I was pretty lazy to start dieting...
However a week ago, I weighed myself in the gym, and was 3kg more than I thought I was, which made me want to lose weight...and I'm not particularly happy about my weight or body shape anyways.

Current Weight: 133.8lb
Goal Weight: 120lb
Started today with 1 banana and 1 cup of warm water, then been to the gym and was on the treadmill for 40 mins (20mins running, 20mins walking). And right now, cooking some 2 sweet potatoes which will be my lunch. For dinner...I dont know, might make some japanese curry, since i have some curry stock...
