[SIZE=2]B(7:30AM): 1banana & water

L(noon): 1 mini bag popcorn, black bean soup, grilled chicken breast(precooked from a pouch)

S(4:30PM): 1 pb cup & 2 circus peanuts & 2 candy corn pumpkins <-----mmmmm, sugar!

D(6:30PM): Chinese take out=garlic chicken, steamed rice, pork eggroll
Did well today, still only had 1 cup of coffee. Probably more due to being busy, and not being able to finish a cup, than any attempt by me to cut down. The popcorn was made at 10AM but I didn't get to eat more than a few kernals until lunch(and the boss was making me angry by saying it was burnt when it wasn't). Also, I don't normally eat much sugar but today was more of the "I never eat these except at Halloween" so I had to have a couple in addition to the pb cup. Sorta like how I only eat green bean casserole at Thanksgiving even though I really like it. And at dinner I put a bit more than 1/2 of it in a container(since I am had the eggroll tonight) for tomorrow's lunch. I didn't go to bed until after 2AM last night(was watching a movie)but will try to go to bed earlier tonight. So far I am liking this "diet" but we will see how things are next Monday when I weigh myself.
