[SIZE=2]Starting weight 160lbs[/SIZE]
Not gonna talk about bowel movements,eewh.
[SIZE=2]B(6:30AM): 1 banana & water[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]Midmorning(10AM): cheesestick[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]L(Noon): teriyaki salmon, salad, itl dressing, 2 chicken nuggets[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]S(3PM): 1 pb cup[/SIZE]
[SIZE=2]D(6:30PM): 2 eggs scrambled with ham and cheese, handfull corn chips[/SIZE]

[SIZE=2]Need to lay off on the cheese, but glad I had it because I was a bit hungry between breakfast and lunch. I don't normally eat cheese and don't know why I bought it at all. Threw out the rest of the bag of chips since I shouldn't have them on the diet(and they are a trigger food). Was surprised I was happy this AM and not dragging myself around. And only had 1 cup of coffee(black), weird. And I stopped at 1 handfull of chips! I feel as though I have had more than enough to eat today.[/SIZE]
Overall, I am kinda confused at my reaction and how the day went. But, I am happy about it.

Peanut butter cups are my trigger food Good thing they're hard to find in Japan. Sometimes I'll spread PB on a piece of 99 percent cocoa chocolate and drizzle honey over it for a homemade "gourmet" peanut butter cup.
