*Lilo's morning banana diet track* DAY 1

[COLOR=DarkOrchid]My Morning Banana Diet Day # 1 (January 9th, 2009)[/COLOR][/B][/SIZE]

Hi everyone, so this is my first Banana diet day! YAY!

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Breakfast[/B] (7:30 a.m.)[/COLOR]

I took 2 bananas this morning, and felt really full after finishing the second one.
I'm the type of person who usually skips the breakfast (never really hungry when I wake up). So I'm glad to start this new habit, I felt more energetic and didn't crave anything at all.

I drank about 250 ml of room temperature water with my breakfast (I drink 1.5L of water every day and I think that won't change because I don't mind drinking room temperature water)

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Lunch[/B] (12:20 p.m.)[/COLOR]

I like to eat korean food (i'm korean lol)
- 1 Bowl of rice with kimchee,
- korean bean sprout side dish
- 1 bowl of miso soup (japanese)
- fried tofu (tried not to use much oil)

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Snack[/B] (3:30 p.m.)

[/COLOR][COLOR=DarkOrchid][COLOR=Black]i'll take an apple and grapes [/COLOR]

[B]Dinner[/B] (6:30 p.m.)

[/COLOR]- 1 Bowl of rice with kimchee,
- Chicken breast
- 1 bowl of miso soup
- Salad

[B]Thoughts and Feelings:

[/B][COLOR=Black]Since I'm posting this at 2 pm, i still didn't have my snack and dinner, but I can already tell that I feel fuller than usual (surprisingly couldn't finish my lunch meal today)
