Bowel Movements: 1 big steamy dump haha
Exercise: 30 min elliptical, 17 minutes bike, 1 hour pilates

Thoughts and Feelings:
After yesterday’s perceived binge-fest, I’m excited to stop being a fatso. Also, while I won't explicitly write this all the time, I sip room temperature water throughout the day. This applies to every day, unless otherwise noted.
