DAY 3!! OMG, This is hard!!

I think that when you used to eat the amount that you eat per days for so long, your stomach is kinda "stretch out" like eating less make you more hungry. So I'll be patience as long as I could to make it "small" again!! haizz :3

So for today,

[B]Morning[/B]

6:00: - Wake up
- Weight 55 kg( 120 lbs)
- 1 small banana
- walking and running( 30 min)

8:00: breakfast ( corn flake + light milk)

...11:30: (I made it, no snack in the morning only water):D
- Lunch: BBQ pork ( no skin + fat off) + half bowl of rice + other veggie (steamed)

3:30: 1 small banana

5:00: Dinner: corn soup + chicken roll ( I left the chicken roll pieces as much as I could >''<)

Water till bed time

10:30: Sleep time :)
