Hello

So i am new to this and hopefully i'll be able to stick to this new diet. First thing i need to go by bananas..lol. Also, I have a question about the whole eating schedule. My schedule is very hectic considering that i have classes back to back and have no time for lunch. My lunch is usually around 2-3pm, when the diet states that a snack should be eaten at that time. What can i do to help me be successful in this diet?

Day 1 - Starting this banana diet!

today @8.45am (kinda late,lol) I ate 4 small banana and a cup of water for breakfast . cause i'm still hungry, I ate a boiled egg @10am hehe ^^;
and now i'm waiting for lunch and dinner! Haha hope it works ! Wish me luck guys :)

Starting Over....

This is the first day of the rest of my life....God haven't I said that a million times! This time however it is true, I am moving to a new city, starting a new job and I am starting the Banana Diet. I am sure I can follow this because I LOVE BANANAS! Everyone wish me luck, and pray for me if you believe... send money if you don't (lol). I will be moving my life to Chicago and I will need all the help and support I can get!!!!!:):):):):)

- 2 slice of bread + half a cheese slice + pickle + peanut butter

- 1 1/2 cup of milk + 1 biscuit + corn flake
- 1 tub of yoghurt:mad:

- noodle fried + 1 banana

10:30
- Bed time:eek:

Water till bed time
Thank you for my sis from stopping me go crazy after 4:30's krazy meal :'(
