Day 1&2

So I'm totally jet-lagged. My sleep pattern is so irregular to the point that 2 days on my calendar is stretched into a hefty long day completed with papers and tests. I also found out that my weight is actually 136.5, not 140... so it's better to start with I guess.

ok,

Day 1 & 2
Weight: 136.5
Day 1:
Morning: 2 bananas
Morning snack: About 3 bites of vegan pad thai (sucks), a rice ball
Lunch: Caesar salad, 1 roll, abt 3 finger sized 3 cheese foccacia
Dinner: 3 bananas

Then I woke up in the middle of the night, STARVING... its lunch time in the other time zone... so I had 2 packets of Pocky. bleh, and some green tea.

Day 2:
Morning: 2 bananas
Morning snack: 1 rice ball, small packet of Calbee Corn-a-grill
Lunch: 2 LU biscuits
Snack: 2 packets of Pocky
Dinner: Skipped (in bed sleeping..)

It's pretty amazing how my weight didn't rise... I was totally binging the past 2 days lol. Oh well
