2 naners, water too fast, skinny bagel, ham, eggs n lil Korea. Chz. Twice with the bagels today, 2 sm pancakes, 1 bacon 1.5 eggs, maybe less. 1 star crunch, 1.5 small cider, .5 small Chao breve, and 1/2 pack ramen. Lotsa water, moving around, freezing, and some weights. Lost 1 pound since yesterday.
