11:50am
2 bananas
1 mug of honeyed water

Lunch::
2:35pm
1 can of coke
1 bowl of rice and curry

Dinner::
7:45pm
2 chicken wings
brown rice
vegetables
eggs with cucumber

Snack::
10:05 pm
1 pear

Exercise::
jogged 4 miles

my body is so incredibly sore from running....
