Day 5

Breakfast: I had 2 banana and a glass of water..

Lunch; I had slice of fried fish,boiled egg and milk potato curry with rice. and one orange.

At about 5.15p.m.; I had BBQ burger and a corn soup...(i went out for shopping today)

Dinner; It was Garlic naan with butter chicken curry..and mango lassy.

At about 9.30.p.m.; one cup of Hot cocoa..

still theres no change in my weight...still its 63Kg.

Day 8 [original 155lbs - currently 151lbs]

1 Banana left!! So i'm back down to 151lbs from 155!! And i'm going to try the water cure aswell:) I'm going to try to make and effort to exercise more. I tried to play DDR for exercise but my kids kept jumping on the dance pad when i was trying to play, so that won't work, i did however find a 2 minute ab program on youtube, so i think i'll try that twice a day.

Day 7

Well i've had a few slip ups, like this morning i left in till nearly 10am and the night before last i stayed up till 12:30. (And ate my dinner at 10:30...). I've been eating rice for dinner the last two nights, and pasta for dinner the two nights before, with tomato sauce, not cream sauce.

I'm down to only two banana's! This wouldn't normally be something to worry about for most people, but i live a 40 minute drive to a grocery store, and an hours walk to a bus stop. I don't have a car right now...

Anyways, i was very excited when i checked my weight last night, [B]i had lost nearly 4 lbs!! But when i checked it this morning and it was right back at 155lbs again[/B] :(

I have a feeling i know what the reason is, its either my scale is malfunctioning or its [a morning ritual we all do but don't talk about]. So we'll just see where i'm at when i weight myself again later...

THis is my first week on the Banana Diet, I actually started on Monday Jan 12, 2009 and this is Friday Jan 16, 2009, and I feel benefits of the feeling full from eating it first thing in the morning and it is considered as my breakfast and I follow up with the water and before I leave the house for work I have about 1/2 glass of Orange Juice, I do this to take my mornign medication and vitamins with. There is the benefit feeling full and I do not eat lunch until around 11;30 -12:00 noon and I'm good for the remained of the my work day, I enjoy a snack if I want to but most times I still feeling pretty full. I will Blog again on next Friday for an update for week 18 thru 24, although I'm off to DC on Tuesday for the President Obama's Swearing in Ceremonies, but I wil have my banana and water before leaving home at a very early 3:00 am hour.

Day 4

Breakfast; lovely banana(2) and a glass of water...

lunch; macaroni and an orange

dinner; at about 5.15 p.m.
wan tan soup and a hot & spicy chinese noodles..
and a banana

a cup of tea...

today i have rebound 0.2 kg(i was surprised when i saw it :confused:_)
and also i have made a mistake in my first record by saying my weight is 64kg...but it should be 63kg.

today morning it was 63.2kg...:eek:
i think its B'cz yesterday at about 7.30p.m. i has some pasta...:mad:
now im having my dinner around 4.30p.m, in the afternoon...its b'cz thats the time im coming home after work.... so after that untill i go to bed i dont eat anything...

so anyway i have to wait to get a good result....:)

lunch ; rice with dal curry and sausages ..and 1 orange..

dinner; at about 4.30p.m. tan tan soup and a burger...

still same weight...

:) hi people,

would like to ask is it okay to eat banana during my lunch? a banana and a half rice then vegetables, then for my dinner only banana and water? please please advice me..

Breakfast; 7.30a.m. one banana and a glass of water..
8.45am another banana and water...

lunch: sandwiches and a rice ball..and two oranges..

dinner: at about 4.30 p.m.some bread with cutlets...

waiting to see a good result soon.....:)

[B]Weight:[/B] [/COLOR]158.5 Almost same as yesterday, I think I've lost weight really fast the the first days because I made drastic life style changes, now my body seems to slow down a bit (hope I won't stop losing weight though :confused:)

2 bananas
250 ml of room temperature water

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Lunch[/B] (12:30 p.m.)

[/COLOR]Cesar salad with yogurt dressing
Tuna sandwich

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Snack[/B] (3 p.m.)[/COLOR]

Fruit salad

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Dinner[/B] (6 p.m.)

[COLOR=Black]Vegetable soup (I followed this recipe:
it's really tasty & low calorie ;))

Well here i am on the morning of day 4, i checked my weight yesterday and of coarse there was no difference yet, couldn't help but hope. I think i may be one of those people who if they do not get immediate results with anything i do i get less enthused. But knowing that this is the way i am helps me to look past that and just keep moving. It would be helpful though if there before some before and after pics i could see. I had a few glasses of milk yesterday, couldn't help myself, and it was my sons third birthday and so i had a piece of cake too, but it was more like a muffin with no icing because i realized too late that we had run out of icing sugar...

Anyways, i guess i should start some form of exercise. But i've got two kids so i can't just run off the gym and i live in the woods practically so theres cougars and i don't like walking by myself. And its hard to exercize when the kids are awake because they just jump on me! grrrr.....i'll figure out.....
