a chinese new year morning...

[CENTER][COLOR=blue][B]:) Kung hei fat choi!!! Last week, was the week when most of my co-workers told me I am getting bigger..As of now I don't know what my weight is but I presume I am more than 125 pounds heavier.. So after this blog entry I'm gonna head to my cousin's house and borrow a weighing scale :eek: and face my real world..Today, I ate like 3 pieces of tikoy or rice cake and a few longan fruit and a banana..I'm a banana eater but have not heard of the banana diet ever since..Not unitl it was featured on a local morning show..Hopefully, my goal is to loose a couple of pounds and be a 120 pound or less :D gal..I'm crossing my fingers to make this diet work..And I hope that Brangelina will win the SAG awards today respectively,hehe...[/B][/COLOR][/CENTER]

Week 2 Jan 18th thur 24th

Today is Friday January 23, 2009 and this is going on week 2 for me with the Banana Diet, and it is working as I metnioned I do not have a scale at home but I'm strictly going off the way my clothes are fitting me. I'm using this method because ultimately that is what I want is to look better in my clothes so to get on scale everyday and see if I've lost a pound or 2 is not going to cut it for me the end result for me is how I look in my clothes when I look in the mirror and if they are looking better and better to me each day or week I'm ok with everything. And that's the result that I'm receiving here in week 2 my clothes are fitting better, even looser so this confirmation enough for me. I find that with doing the banana in the mornign with water (room temp) I get the feeling of being very full and I can go until lunch time before I really need to eat again and then I'm good until dinner time and not really needing to snack in between, but if I do snack it's fruit or some type of reduced calorie snack. I went on Tuesday, Jan. 20, 2009 to Washington DC to see Preisdent Barack Obama get sweared as the nation next Presidnet and even though I started my day very early and got away from the routine, my appetite was very low that day, may have been all of the excitement but I did not feel a need to eat that much, even though I'm not a big eatter, I have really reduce my food intake and I think that I'm learning good eating habits with this. Hope everyone else is having the same kind of success that I'm having.

i weight my self today and now my weight is 62.2kg...its just after 10 days ........

today i had 2 banana and a glass of water for breakfast..

lunch; rice with chicken curry and an orange...

for dinner its a sausage buns...

banana diet work on me...:)

Hi everyone, sorry for not updating my blog, that's because I've been out of town, we went to a beautiful ski resort and had a lot of fun!
[B]Weight:[/B] [/COLOR]155.2 I've lost 3.3 pounds! I sticked to the diet very strictly (no dessert, no chips or soda) But I've also skied for at least 3 hours every day.

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Breakfast[/B] (7:15 a.m.)[/COLOR]

2 bananas
1 glass of room temperature water

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Lunch[/B] (12:30 p.m.)

[/COLOR]Cesar salad with yogurt dressing
Chicken sandwich

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Snack[/B] (3 p.m.)[/COLOR]

Fruit salad

[COLOR=DarkOrchid][B]Dinner[/B] (6 p.m.)

[COLOR=black]Sushi [/COLOR][/COLOR][COLOR=DarkOrchid][COLOR=black]
*Mint tea for the evening

[/COLOR] [B]Thoughts and Feelings:

[/B][/COLOR] I'm actually amazed to see that I could follow this diet for so long, I think i got used to it so I don't really feel like I'm dieting anymore. :)

Its sunday today...
last night i went to bed at about 2.30.a.m. so it was too late (at about 12.30 in the noon)when i wake up today.
So i had two banana and a glass of water.

at about 2.30. i had my was rice with pork curry, salad,carrot curry,abd fried brinjols...and one orange..

for dinner at about 7.30 p.m. i had tune sandwich..

today i saw a difference in my weight....
It was 62.8Kg...:p
0.2 kg down happy ,,,,;)

Breakfast: I had 2 banana and a glass of water..

Lunch; I had slice of fried fish,boiled egg and milk potato curry with rice. and one orange.

At about 5.15p.m.; I had BBQ burger and a corn soup...(i went out for shopping today)

Dinner; It was Garlic naan with butter chicken curry..and mango lassy.

At about 9.30.p.m.; one cup of Hot cocoa..

still theres no change in my weight...still its 63Kg.

Day 8 [original 155lbs - currently 151lbs]

1 Banana left!! So i'm back down to 151lbs from 155!! And i'm going to try the water cure aswell:) I'm going to try to make and effort to exercise more. I tried to play DDR for exercise but my kids kept jumping on the dance pad when i was trying to play, so that won't work, i did however find a 2 minute ab program on youtube, so i think i'll try that twice a day.
