[B]Breakfast[/B] (7:00 a.m.)

1 banana
12 ounces water

[B]Lunch[/B] (11:00 a.m.)

1 cup of rice with hot pepper paste
½ block of fried tofu, oil soaked until dry to touch with paper towels before eating
Soy sauce

[B]Snack[/B] (2:50 p.m.)

½ cup all natural strawberry ice cream and 5 strawberries

[B]Dinner[/B] (5:20 p.m.)

1 cup rice with soy sauce
½ cup tofu/ground beef/hot sauce mixture

[/SIZE] [SIZE=3][B]Evening Snack[/B] (10:00 p.m.)

A handful of fresh raspberries [/SIZE]

Is your tofu/ground beef/hot sauce mixture Mabo-Dofu (mapo doufu)?

I make that with fried tofu, ground pork, and tobanjan/tenmenjan (Chinese chili pastes).

Yeah actually! I didn't make it the "right" way, we just used what we had around the kitchen. Still pretty good though.
