Day 13

I hate it! My weight bounced back! From 83kg at Day 9 I managed to be 81kg for the next days, and I just ate a little yesterday... I am now back at 84kg!

I think I am right, I am just losing water. hmmmmmmm I think we really have to exert exercise in the diet. Its true that no diet will work if exercise is not involved (yes, you'll lose weight but it will be there again just as it disappeared like mine did) so if we're talking about prolongetivity, exercise is a must

Day 9

Well, I am officially 83 Kg (182.6 lbs)!!

Eating habit for today:

Lunch: Romaine Lettuce again with grated cheese plus fish and pork meat.

Snack: Fried Bananas wrapped in spring roll wrapper fried in oil with sugar. (SO in other words, an oily sugary food :( )

Dinner: A small quantity of mixed pork, pumpkin and string beans

Beverages and others:
Yogurt, Grean Tea and Senna Tea, Yakult Cultured Milk, peanuts, tamarind and chocolate 4pcs)

Feelings:

Well, I have a long way to go (My target weight is 70 Kg) I am just worried how long can I stick to this and especially yuletide season is coming therefore lots of TEMPTATIONS!! *sigh*

Fifth day

I am happy with the results :D Now I do fully understand my body. My body absorbs everything I eat if I took it much, but if I regulate my eating to the healthy ones, it is going back to normal rapidly. I am not fat during my childhood days so i guess that's it!

I ate pork and beans again today plus green tea for lunch. I had Yakult (5 bottles wahihi) for my snack and Nido Soup, lettuce and small chunks of grilled pork mixed in Pig's brain (exotic food) + yogurt and green tea for dinner.

Let's see how I'll manage this. I am going to have this lifestyle forever!! I am enjoying it already. I feel super healthy... I will post my weight after I reached the 14th day of my MBD see yah!

My fourth day

Well, I will just report that from 88KG, I am no down to 84 KG. I started dieting a week ago and did the MBD diet for 4 days now.

I ate ramen for dinner. I am against ramen coz it's carbs no matter what angle I look to it, but I crave for it today so I have no choice but to give in for 1 pouch :D

my lunch was Pork and Beans (with no real pork lolz) and I gave in for a multigrain snack and peanuts (fried ones)

But thinking about it,my calorie intake today is still below the recommended RDA (sigh) oh well....

Let's see if this will work out. I am not going to stop :)

My Second Day

1 glass water


[B]Lunch[/B] (11 a.m.)
Lettuce with Caesar sauce, tuna solids, grated cheese, and 2 small pieces of fried chicken.

>> a glass of water 15 minutes after I ate.


[B]Snack [/B](around 4:30 pm)

water

[B]Evening Snack[/B] (6:00 p.m.)

Lettuce with Ceasar Sauce, 1/2 can of tuna solids in water, grated cheddar cheese (small amount only) and fried chicken again (2 small pcs)
+ 1 banana

My First Day

[B]Exercise:[/B] Walking at a very justifiable distance

[B]Breakfast[/B] (9:30 a.m.)

3 banana(s)
1 glass water


[B]Lunch[/B] (11 a.m.)
Lettuce dipped in homemade vinaigrette (sesame oil used is small amount with a little sugar as well) and Fish (came from fish broth so it's boiled but I didn't consume the soup)


>> I drank Coke Zero 30-35 minutes after lunch


[B]Snack [/B](around 5 pm)

Yogurt Drink
Juice Drink with L-Carnitine

[B]Evening Snack[/B] (6:10 p.m.)

Lettuce with Ceasar Sauce, 1/2 can of tuna solids in water, grated cheddar cheese (small amount only) pork meat (6 small chunks as in small chunks) and chicken meat.

Green Tea (right after meal)

[B]Thoughts and Feelings:[/B]

I feel guilty towards the Coke Zero, the chicken meat and especialy the pork meat (even if it is small chunks), the cheese and the caesar sauce. And the green tea right after meal! But they say drinking Green Tea after meal is a good habit for weight loss too, it's just that many "frowned" at the thought in terms of the MBD.

But I guess this is what the MBD is for. I can eat what I want, can't I? Have I done the right thing in my first day? *Hope so*
