[FONT="Arial"][COLOR="Red"]And yeah, today's the first day of my banana diet![/COLOR]

It's kind of not-so-good when we have weird meal times in school :/ I find it hard to plan my meals as I get up at 6.30 in the morning, have my breakfast around 7 and then recess in school at 10.30am. We can only have lunch after 2pm, when school ends. And we're supposed to have snack at 3pm?? :(

[B]Breakfast (7.15am): [/B]
Banana, water.
[B](8am):[/B]
1 hard-boiled egg w/o egg yolk
1 mini redbean 'pau'.

[B]Recess (10.30am): [/B]
1 mayo egg sandwich
1 slice honeydew

[B]Lunch (2.15pm): [/B]
Rice, fish & steamed tofu.

[B]Dinner (6pm): [/B]
2 subway cookies
7.45pm: 1 apple, 1 banana

[I]Am I eating too much?[/I] :confused::confused:
1st day diet - I'm feeling [B]rather energetic [/B]today as compared to before. :D

Just got to know about it a couple of days ago from a friend. Hope I'd be able to shed some pounds just like those of you out there! :D

April 14th, 2009: First official day of MoBad! D:

Current Weight: (around) [COLOR="Red"]140[/COLOR] pounds
Goal Weight: 110 pounds

Today's my first day of staring MoBad, and I'm actually really looking forward to the changes this diet method will bring me! I'm also going to be on a acai berry diet as soon as the merchandise arrives :D So hopefully, I lose double the weight! I like fast results and with diets, I noticed that the process is long and hard. However, through this diet combined with the consumption of acai berries (including exercise), I hope I get the best results in about a month (crossing fingers!!). :eek:

Today's Black day in Korea. Black day is the day you eat black noodles to "celebrate" your status as a single ladayyy! haha! Hopefully, after I lose weight, I won't have to eat those noodles again next year. Great time to start, ehhhh? D:

Week of April 12th, 2009

Well I had to completly dump the MBD, about 3 weeks ago due to the chornic issue of constipation. I went about 3 weeks ago and had a colonic and it was the best thing I could have done for myself, I found out that Bananas have lots of potassium (as I knew this) but what I did not realize is that they can cause constipation and I was suffering. I'm only having 1/2 of a banana now in the morning and not every morning, as my sytem is so sensative and any thing will cause me to not have a regular bowel movement, medication, change in my rest habits or traveling. So needless to say I'm giving up on the MBD as it is not for me, and I'm sticking to my better eating habits (eating raw) and eating lots of fish and chicken (baked or broiled) and getting my daily exercise at least 4 days a week. I will be checking the Blogs now an then to see how other are doing with the MBD. Good Luck to all of you MBD fans.:)

So this is my second day and awesome news i lost two pounds already I plan to take this to the next level by exercising more. When I'm hungry I sip on water and occupy myself later when I'm trully hungry i eat a meal. I mean since I'm in spring break the time slots are easier but when it's over who knows..............

Starting a journey

Hello everyone
I've decided to start the bananna diet tomorrow after reading your blogs. Does anyone have any suggestions for me? I try to walk on the tread at least three days a week walking two miles each time and lifting some weights. What foods do you suggest I stay away from? Thanks
