dim sum so it's gonna be hard to gauge.
let's see, i had
1 siewmai
1 carrot cake
1 mushroom dumpling
1 chives dumpling
4 flour rolls fried with x.o prawn sauce

dinner @615:
a bowl of rice with vegetables
a glass of ice lemon tea
slices of apple


OMG I HAD SO MUCH.CRAP

Banana Diet and a Fresh Start

Heard about the morning banana diet today and I'm excited to give it a try. Started measuring up vital parts of my body today for easy monitoring of my progress. I have been into a lot of diets fads before and experienced the yoyo in my weight. Now at 42 I am really determined to lose weight and live healthy though I am not in any way abusing my self, not smoking and drinking alcohol. I'll be updating you of my progress. Wish me luck!

:( Today is the third day of my diet...usually when I start a diet it immediately kicks in...this is not....and since it does not have any strict dos and donts so one cant really keep a strict check:rolleyes: all I feel is being gassy :p did anyone else experienced what i am going thru????

or does this diet works slowly????

Day 2

Checked my weight today and I'm at 127.8 which is down 1 pound from yesterday.

Breakfast: Skipped because I went to bed at 4 AM and didn't wake up until 10 AM when it was already too late because I had to go to work.

Lunch: 1 banana, 1 orange, a fried egg sandwich with tomato, American cheese, and raw white onion on multigrain bread

No snack

Didn't do much exercise. Will probably skip dinner and walk home tonight which is approximately equivalent to 15 blocks.

Day 1 (Bad start)

So far, I've skipped the banana breakfast, lunch, and the midday snack. I'm guessing I should probably have dinner around 6 PM but I have no idea what I should have...:confused:

I'm always afraid that I'll make a bad decision. I'm going to the gym to burn off around 300 calories so hopefully, I'll have a dinner around that amount in calories too, just to be on the safe side.

some thoughts before starting

Alright, so I went to Wal*Mart today and got some bananas so I can start my MB diet tomorrow. :)

I am currently 165 pounds and hope to be 130 by February (not too unrealistic seeing as to how I do get at least thirty minutes of light exercise in a day-- or at least I'll try.) It's just so hard to stick to healthy food while my mom and dad are visiting. They buy all this junk! But I am determined and I WILL do this.

Day 1

i weigh 132lbs, 5'4" in height.

i want/need to lose 12lbs by october.

Mmmm.

this morning, i ate a cup (i think) of rice, 3 slices of spam (30% less sodium allegedly), a piece of yema (sweets the size of a cube) and water. and half a banana after the meal.

I plan to eat a banana before lunch. and lunch will comprise of whole wheat bread and the spam slices, and mayo. and water.

for dinner, apples and oranges. hopefully there will still be spam slices tonight.

no exercise for today as i am staying at home.

i really really hope this works.
